This Spring and Summer ~ find time to meditate and soak in the benefits of transitioning smoothly and calmly toward a new season. Classes are always FREE. Open to ALL.

 

Sundays 5:15pm Synergy Yoga, Fair Haven, NJ. (Full Moon Sunday each month will be Yoga Nidra practice).

Wednesdays 11:00am Stephy's Place, 210 Front St. #209 Red Bank, NJ. (Meets 4th Wed. of each month)

Thursdays 7:00pm Healing Point, Fair Haven, NJ.  Please call for current schedule.

Dates Available per your request.  Choose up to 3 dates over the summer - invite 10-12 of your closes friends.  Or organize a work outing, birthday party, ladies night out, SUP and SUDs. Perfect for yoga studios or gym buddies..... Endless possibilities to get on a board, bond with mother ocean/river,  and then enjoy toasting the end of your day with some beverages and snacks.

Must be 21 or older to plan these events.  All equipment, snacks and instruction included.

Per person fee is $45.00 for two hours.  Best time you'll have in nature all summer.  And what's better than spending that time with a group of your most fun people.

Plan to take Sunday’s regular scheduled vinyasa class at 4:00pm with Kristin Gould, Jyoti and stay for a free comprehensive practice of Yoga Nidra.

Ayurveda is the science of self healing and the sister science to Yoga.  It is said that if the mind makes an unintelligent choice, the body reacts chaotically.

 

Seasonal cleanses are a fantastic and essential way to reduce our over – indulgences; reset our body for optimum function; and rest our minds.  A Two hour lecture/class and receive your cleanse instructions and foods.  Class plus food $120. Lecture only w/out food. $30. Must pre-register  

 

Once pre-registered, your food cleanse kit will be ordered and you are obligated to attend the session.  Please send any allergy information or diet restrictions on comments.

After the session, you may begin the cleanse at any time agreeable with your schedule and priorities.  Best to commit to cleanse for at least three days and up to seven days.
